What's the process?
1. Send us an email at email@example.com and let us know what went wrong
2. We'll then be ready for your returns/exchange/refund
3. Send your item back to: Skinnytie, 16 Boyce Road, Maroubra, New South Wales, Australia, 2035
4. We'll process your return and get back to with you with your refund/exchange. Depending on where you live, the time will vary for an exchanged product to reach you
How long does processing take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Who pays for return shipping?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping items totaling over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that your shipping provider will get it to us in proper shape.
